I expect the PICOT project to be accomplished by my group members and myself by researching and taking the time and effort to understand the topic we have chosen. By finding reliable resources and data we can ensure we are writing a trustworthy paper about the topic.  We do not want to rush the project and find information that is misleading which relies on our time management. My agenda keeps me organized throughout the semester and is how I sort what assignments will be done when. I will hold myself accountable by following my schedule and completing task in a timely manner to allow enough time for adequate research and writing. I plan on staying task oriented and finish task earlier than needed to allow leniency with time. By doing this I am hoping that will help me manage other challenges along the way such as other assignments and exams. Planning a project that takes time over the course of the semester will help better my time management. Time management will reflect in my future nursing practice when I am managing what patients I will see first and how I organize my day. In the nursing world time is crucial and organization will be key in managing the tasks of the day.  This longitudinal assignment pushes us to work on time management and pacing ourselves throughout a period of time. Managing my time well in both the field and in class will help my work be more efficient.
